Does your account have joint signatures?

For accounts with two or more signatories, the signature condition must be "any to sign" (indistinct).

Each authorized person wishing to access must log in, and each will have to complete a different contract. In case of joint signatures, you have two alternatives:

  • Change the condition from joint signatures to "any to sign".
  • Send us an original notarized power of attorney authorizing the other person(s) to access the portal.
