Know the requirements necessary for opening

Documentation

  • Organizational Structure: an organizational chart detailing the shareholding structure of the company.
  • Corporate Presentation: a presentation describing your business products or services.
  • Legal Documents:
    • Copy of the Commercial Register of the company and shareholder companies.
    • Copy of the Assembly Minutes with the current Board of Directors of the company and shareholder companies.
    • Legible copy of the valid Tax ID (RIF) of the company.
  • Signatories and Board Documents: Legible copy of your valid identity document (passport or ID card), with a clear photo (preferably in color) notarized or certified by a BBVA Provincial SA Account Executive.

Bank Forms

  • Checking Account Contract: Two (2) original sets, signed by the legal representative of the company. This format includes:
    • Ultimate Beneficial Owner Declaration: must match the company's legal documents.
    • Internet Contract and Netcash Service Request: serves to activate your online funds management platform.
    • Declaration of Source of Funds: to estimate the first transfer your account will receive.

Important

  • Minimum opening amount: USD 10,000. Monthly balances below this amount will be subject to commissions.
  • Signature validation: signatures on all documents must match those on the signatories' identity documents.
