The institution began its operations in Curaçao in 1981, under an Offshore license granted by the "Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten", the entity that regulates and supervises banking activity on the island. (Certified registration with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce, October 2026).
